The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions:

- "User" or "Member" — Any person who has created an account on bgd35 or is using the site.

- "Bonus" — An incentive amount provided by bgd35, applicable subject to specific conditions.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Account Registration & Management
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To create an account on bgd35, a user must:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Provide accurate personal identification.
- Access the platform from a country or region where online gaming is legal.
- Not have had any previous bgd35 account closed or banned.
2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Each person may operate only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be permanently closed and the funds in those accounts may be forfeited. Any attempt to create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses is subject to investigation under our anti-fraud policy.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
It is each member's responsibility to keep the name, address, mobile number, and other information provided at registration fully accurate and up to date. bgd35 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false information is provided.
2.4 Password Security
Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Never give a third party access to your account. Report any unauthorized access to the support team immediately.
Note: bgd35 reserves the right to verify members' identities. Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold until the verification process is complete.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount on bgd35 is ৳200 per method. Transactions below the minimum amount are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
3.3 Accepted Payment Methods
bgd35 supports only the following payment methods:

3.4 Transaction Security
All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption. bgd35 does not accept deposits made through third-party payment accounts. Transactions must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit at bgd35, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳22,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance ৳32,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, and it applies only to the bonus amount (not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- A bonus may only be used in the member's own account.
- Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus — otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
- The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing winnings made using a bonus.
- bgd35 may exclude certain games or game categories from wagering — contact support for the current list.
4.4 Right to Cancel Bonuses
If bgd35 determines that a member is abusing the bonus system (multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, exploiting technical loopholes), bgd35 reserves the right to cancel that member's bonus and investigate the account.
Gaming & Betting Rules
5.1 Game Results
All game results on bgd35 are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. To ensure fair play, we use software from trusted game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi.
5.2 Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. bgd35 reserves the right to change game limits at any time.
5.3 Technical Errors
bgd35 reserves the right to reclaim any prize incorrectly awarded due to a technical error. bgd35 is not responsible for issues caused by software errors or connection interruptions.
5.4 Sports Betting
Odds displayed in the sports betting section may change temporarily. If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be returned to the member's account. Full betting rules can be found in the relevant section.
VIP Program Rules
bgd35's VIP program has four tiers that provide weekly cashback benefits:

7.1 Age Restriction

Terms Updates & Account Closure Policy

bgd35 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised, and members will be notified by email for significant changes.
11.2 Right to Close an Account
If bgd35 finds evidence of a terms violation, it may suspend or close an account without prior notice. In such cases, legitimately earned funds will be returned, however bonuses and funds from suspicious transactions may be held until the investigation is complete.
11.3 Member's Request to Close an Account
If a member wishes to close their account, please contact the support team. It is advised to withdraw any outstanding funds before closing the account.
