Responsible Gaming: Your safety is our top priority
bgd35 believes that entertainment should always be controlled and enjoyable. Our responsible gaming guidelines are here to help keep you healthy and protected.
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
At bgd35 we always want every player to enjoy games with fun and full control. Online casino or sports betting — any form of gaming should be a recreational activity, not a source of financial problems.
We believe it is important for every player to know their limits and play within them. bgd35's responsible gaming policy provides various tools and support to keep you safe — from deposit limits to the option to take a break.
Please note: bgd35 is for players aged 21 and above only. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited and we enforce this policy firmly.
6 Core Principles for Safe Play
Following these principles will keep your gaming experience positive and enjoyable at all times.
Set a Budget
Set a fixed budget before each gaming session and never go beyond that amount. Avoid placing more bets in an attempt to recover losses.
Manage Your Time
Avoid playing for long stretches at a time. Take regular breaks and set a daily or weekly time limit.
Keep Your Emotions in Check
Do not play when you are angry, frustrated, or under stress. Play for enjoyment — do not take wins or losses personally.
Follow the 21+ Age Rule
bgd35 strictly prohibits anyone under 21 from opening an account. Never share your account details with minors.
Monitor Your Transactions
Review your deposit and withdrawal history regularly. If you notice unusual spending patterns, take action right away.
Do Not Hesitate to Seek Help
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, reach out to bgd35's support team and specialists. Asking for help is a sign of courage.
Safety Tools at Your Fingertips
bgd35 provides the following tools to help you stay in control of your gaming.
Deposit Limit
Set your maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately.
Time-Out Break
You can temporarily suspend your account for a specific period — from 24 hours up to several weeks.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term break, apply for self-exclusion. During this period, access to your account will be completely blocked.
Activity History
View and review your gaming and transaction history at any time, and stay aware of your spending patterns.
